If it's fighting, join the fighting gym, find good sparing partners who will push you with good intentions.
If it's speaking. Speak up to your friends first. Go to an open mic. Whatever.
If it's swimming, you have to start by getting in the water.
None of it easy, and not of it is quick.
But you keep an open mind, you can overcome.
You'll never stop being afraid, that isn't the goal. The goal is to harness your fear. Use it as fuel.
Master your fear, and you will be healed.
